All students must report for classes on the reopening day of each semester. Failure to do so without prior permission from the CMI, will mean that the stipend and tuition waiver will be suspended for the entire semester, irrespective of the academic performance. Needless to say, medical or other emergencies will be treated sympathetically, provided adequate proof is produced. Do sign in the register kept in the office.

If instructors report prolonged absence of a student from classes, the stipend will be suspended for that month and will be restored only after review following a satisfactory report from the instructors.
