Abstract

A learning science company has a significant book of business and market presence in the online education platform which offers learning, assignment and assessment solution. The organization wanted to identify institutions which are likely to churn and identify proactive strategies for churn management. In the talk we will see how this problem is formulated and then solved.

About the speaker: Ravi has 15+ years of experience, as a part of the Data Science team is involved in executing data-driven solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy and utility across various domains like Retail, Healthcare, Insurance, FSA etc. He is experienced in creating various Machine Learning models pertaining to Regression, Classification, Forecasting, Anomaly detection, Text mining using Python and R to deliver insights and implement action-oriented solutions to complex business problems. Before Genpact, he has worked with Fidelity Investments and also HSBC Bank. He also has 4+ conference publications and has completed his MBA, FRM and cleared CFA Level 1.
