The colloquium series will start this Friday (9th August). Title: Tour of Data Science Technologies and its Applications Abstract: We present Data Science & AI landscape with deep dive into leading technologies like Spark, AutoML, Edge Computing and Mathematical Optimization. During the talk we discuss recent trends, application areas, advantages, limitations and options for each of these. Two case studies - 1) Bid pricing and 2) service technician scheduling will be presented in detail to showcase how these technologies are adapted for solving real life business problems.
