Abstract

In this talk we will talk about the unital inclusion of finite dimensional unital C*-algebras. We will investigate how linear algebra can be used to find the nature of the inclusion. Then we will go further and see that if we have an infinite inclusion tower of C*-algebras how we can extract more "concrete" inclusion tower of C*-algebras by graph theoretic methods. We will "extract" Hilbert spaces from graphs known as "Bratteli diagram" and will discuss particular algebras, known as "Path Algebras" associated with it. This will be a geometric approach to this inclusion tower concept. This "path model" formalism is due to Sunder and Ocneanu.
