Abstract

The Advanced Semiconductor manufacturing process is getting more and more intrinsic in the Industry’s speed to keep up with the Moore’s Law. The amount of data generated per process step on an average is about 2 to 15 Mn per wafer. With millions of wafers being processed to manufacture several billion chips on toys, “Has the digital , big data and analytics really started making an impact or is it a hype?”
