Abstract

A Lagrangian description of fluids which carry color, which can have applications to the quark-gluon plasma, is developed. It involves a fluid generalization of the Kirillov-Kostant form well known in Lie group theory. We also discuss the possibility of color solitons and indicate a possible theorem on the stability of coherent color charge distributions.
