Abstract

There will be a short course of lectures by Prof. C.S. Seshadri on ``Moduli of Curves and GIT'' starting Monday, the 28th April 2008. The lectures will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2.00 p.m. and will be for a duration of 1 hour. Prerequisites for the course is a knowledge of basic algebraic geometry and some algebraic groups.
