Abstract

Basic notions of Cryptology along with some algorithms and protocols will be discussed. Statistics & Combinatorics play very important roles in these contexts and the main purpose of the talk is to highlight these roles. At the later part of the talk, some contribution of ISI researchers in this area will be mentioned.
