The Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) was founded in the year 1989, and is celebrating its silver jubilee from October 2014 to September 2015. As a part of this activity, we are organizing a workshop on Astronomy, Cosmology and Fundamental Physics with Gravitional Waves at CMI from 2-4 March 2015 (Monday to Wednesday).

The workshop aims to focus on prospective collaborative projects in the emerging field of Gravitational Wave Astronomy through a series of intensive discussions between leading scientists, researchers and students working in the field.

On each of the three days, there will be a colloquium at 3.30 PM which will be accessible to a general audience. Please see the schedule for details.
