Welcome to my webpage. I have just started working on it.
Please look for updates from time to time. Have a nice day!
-- Sreedhar
First, a few words about myself: Sreedhar is my first name.
My surname is Vinnakota and my middle name is Venkata.
Following the general practice in the part of India in which
I grew up, I write my name as V. V. Sreedhar.
I am a Professor at the Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI).
Before joining CMI, I was a faculty member at the Indian
Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK). I have also had
post-doctoral stints at the Dublin Institute for Advanced
Studies (DIAS), Ireland, S. N. Bose National Centre for
Basic Sciences (SNBNCBS), Kolkata, and the Institute for
Theoretical Physics of Uppsala University, Sweden.

Second, a few words about what I do: I am a theoretical
physicist. My interests are fairly eclectic and secular.
At present I am working on Applied Knot Theory, but I keep
going back to Quantum Theory, Fluid Dynamics,
and especially to problems that cut across these fields. I
have provided links to some of my more important
papers below to give you a glimpse of my research activities.
