Research Projects

Fair Resource Allocation

(Under the guidance of Prof. Siddharth Barman at IISc, Bangalore)

June 2019 - Current

We are working on the problem of allocating indivisible goods among agents with subadditive allocations, in a manner that provides useful fairness and efficiency guarantees simultaneously.

Examining the properties of completely mixed skew-symmetric matrices

(Under the guidance of Prof. T. Parthasarathy and Prof. G. Ravindran at ISI, Chennai)

May 2018 - July 2018

We studied several of Irving Kaplansky's results on paffians of skew-symmetric matrices. We then worked on computing these pfaffians efficiently using Gauss transformations.

Peer Prediction Markets

(Under the guidance of Prof. Y. Narahari and Dr. Praphul Chandra at IISc, Bangalore)

May 2017 - July 2017

We deployed a smart contract implementing a mechanism called the Peer Truth Serum for a peer prediction market on an Ethereum Blockchain simulator.
