Prerequisites: Some ideas ( not necessarily very precise ) of Special Relativity , Quantum Theory and Connectivity might be helpful. People who have attended the first part will hopefully find this talk a natural extension of the first and hence it might be helpful for the new listeners to acquaint themselves with the algebraic aspects of the Poincare Group.

Abstract: In this talk I shall review some basic concepts of Homotopy Theory and then calculate the fundamental group of the Poicare Group. Then I will reformulate Quantum theory in a slightly sophisticated way and then motivate Quantum Superselection Rule from the Fundamental Group of the Poincare Group.
If time permits then I will start motivations towards Spinor Theory and an introduction to the ideas of fields over curved space-times.
The general objectives and motives of this series of talks remains as was announced in the abstract of the first talk.
