Title: Positivity and plethysms in GCT

Abstract: This talk will give an overview of some positivity hypotheses
that encompass and go beyond  the classical plethysm problem in
representation theory. They arise naturally in the geometric
complexity theory (GCT) approach to fundamental hardness conjectures
in complexity theory.
