This colloquium will consist of talks in algebraic geometry and related areas of mathematics, celebrating the work of C. S. Seshadri, on the occasion of his 80th birthday. It will run during 23rd - 27th January, 2012, at Chennai Mathematical Institute, Siruseri, Tamilnadu, India.
