I have classified all the seminars that I have given into 3 categories.

                                                                   1. Student Talks at CMI
                                                                   2. Invited seminars.
                                                                   3. Other seminars.

 Student Talks at CMI

     Over the last year a very consistent system has been evolved to facilitate exchange of interests , understanding  and insights in various branches of Physics , Mathematics and Computer Science called the "Student Talks" . This system has been instituted by the efforts of  Vipul , senior of mine in the mathematics department .

Student Talks I have given.

     During the last one year I have given the following talks as a part of the above system :

 {The names given below differ from that given in the official listing above. I have slightly modified the names and have added sub-headings to indicate the content of the seminar}

          More to come.....

Invited Seminars

Prof.Subramanian of Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Energy (IGCAR) upon having listened to a short talk of mine at CMI on the Lagrangian approach to electrodynamics invited me to give a more elaborate seminar on that topic at IGCAR. I delivered an official colloquium at IGCAR in July 2007 , on the action functional approach to electrodynamics and also some introductory ideas of the gauge principle like how electrodynamics can be understood as an U(1) gauge field.

The transcript of the action functional part of the seminar can be viewed at ::

Action functional approach to electrodynamics.(Realizing Maxwell's equations as Euler-Lagrange equations of an action)

 Other seminars that I have given

        1.  I had given a seminar on Coriolis forces in February 2006. I shall put up a scan of the transcript within  the next few months.
