Admission and eligibility

Students who have already passed, or expect to pass in 2011, the 12th standard (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board are eligible for admission to the programme. Admission is through an entrance examination to be conducted at centres throughout the country on Thursday, May 26, 2011. Students with exceptionally good performance in National Science Olympiads may be exempted from writing the entrance examination at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.
