Abstract

The talk will survey developments in the past 30 years, especially the work of Amnon Neeman. The emphasis will be on the general methods, first advocated by Deligne, as opposed to the ad-hoc methods originally given by Grothendieck (and recorded in Hartshorne's ``Residues and Duality'').
