14:15-15:15, Seminar Hall An inductive formula for the Poincaré polynomial of the moduli of generalized quivers Artur de Araujo ICMAT, Madrid. 08-12-17 Abstract We will motivate and introduce the definition of generalized quiver for a reductive group G. We will then work out the GIT and symplectic moduli spaces with respect to certain stability conditions (which coincide by Kempf-Ness). Using this, we will use the induced stratification of the null cone to explain how to arrive at a formula for the equivariant Poincaré polynomial of the moduli spaces that is inductive in the sense that depends on certain Levi subgroups of G (which are of lower semisimple rank).
