Abstract

Toric Deligne Mumford Stacks (generalizing toric varieties) offer a pleasing blend of combinatorics with algebraic geometry. In this talk we shall discuss the construction of the (TDM) stack associated to a stacky-fan as well as a combinatorial description of its inertia stack.
