Abstract

Chaotic behavior is ubiquitous in nature. Chaotic dynamical systems are classical deterministic dynamical systems, which show strong sensitivity to initial conditions. s uncertainty principle prevents direct translation of this classical definition of chaos into quantum domain. So in quantum chaos, we generally investigate different quantum signatures of classically chaotic systems. The relation between the spectrum of quantum chaotic systems and the spectrum of random matrices is the most popular signature. We theoretically proposed a new signature of chaos, i.e. entanglement. In this talk, we will give an overview of this field of `chaos and . We will also discuss a very recent experiment, which has established entanglement as a genuine quantum signature of chaos.
