Introduction to Fourier series and Fourier transforms

Prof Alladi Sitaram, Raja Ramanna Fellow, Indian Institute of Science will deliver a set of five lectures Introduction to Fourier series and Fourier transforms.

The following topics will be covered in this series of lectures.

Fourier series, motivation etc., some pointwise convergence results and L-2 theory, applications of Fourier series, from Fourier series to Fourier transforms and a couple of lectures on Fourier transforms.
